We focus on land use and housing issues in Chinese cities with the aim to provide policy recommendations that help improve land use practices.
Jiaming Li
Research assistant
Jiaming Li is a masters student of human geography at Peking University. She has a bachelors degree in urban planning (College of Urban and Environmental Science) and economics (National School of Development) from Peking University.
Li is interested in urban planning and land use policy, and her current research topics include the optimal utilization strategy of stock land, and allocation of land value increment.
Her research aims to explore the mechanism and subjects of reinvigorating the stock land, and building the theoretical framework of land revenue distribution based on the analysis of land incremental revenue formation.
